Place the wrong order? Don’t worry, its not the end of the world (yet). If you want to cancel your order please contact customer support as soon as is humanly possible, so that we can try and stop your item going into production. We’ll do our best, but because each item is specially made just for you, once its in production we can’t cancel it.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your item has been created for you, standard shipping normally takes 3-7 business days, but its best to allow up to 14 business days in total for orders within the UK and EU. We also ship to Australia, Canada and the United States – though please allow additional time for these orders.
Shipping charges are included in your final total, unless it was waived due to a promotional offer. Please note that shipping is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the value of any store refund credits. Risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to the customer once items have been handed over to the shipping carrier. A tracking number will be provided, so if there is an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

I got the wrong shirt. How can I get my correct order?
We’re all human and mistakes happen. If you got the wrong order first of all please accept our apologies, then contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible. Please include a photo of the order so that we can verify it. If its our mistake we’ll send you the correct order, and you get to keep the wrong order too.
I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?
Again, please accept our apologies, and let us know by contacting email@example.com a photo of the item. If its our fault we’ll get a replacement made and shipped to you. Don’t worry about returning the defective item. If you decline the offer to send you a replacement item, we’ll give you store credits equivalent to half the price paid (not including shipping).
I ordered the correct size but it’s a bit small/large can I return it and exchange it to a different size?
Nope, sorry. We’re not being mean, it’s just that all DDdaily merchandise is made-to-order and we don’t hold stock. Please carefully check the size charts before ordering, and if in doubt, be generous.
I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?
Oops! Generation rent moves a lot, so its easy to do! If you made a mistake fire off an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Seriously, you need to do it right away so that we can update your order before it is processed. After 24 hours we will no longer be able to update it.
I just made an order, but I changed my mind and I’d like to cancel it.
It might make Julie, the office snowflake, cry into her tea, but ok. Get in touch as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our best to cancel your order. Again, once it has gone into production we can’t cancel, so you must contact us within 24 hours.
I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn’t been shipped yet. I’d like to cancel it.
As with everything, national holidays and unexpected events (you know, like extreme weather, protests, earthquakes, pole shifts or World War III) can cause delays with supply chains, so please have patience. Our production and shipping times are guides only, and we can only cancel your order within 24 hours of shipping.
What’s the ETA of my order?
Once your item has been released from production and handed over to the courier you will most often be able to get an ETA by using your tracking reference – though please note there might be exceptions to this for some shipping locations. Keep in mind, turnaround time for production is normally 5-7 business days, with 3-7 business days for shipping (UK).
